SERVICE GUIDELINES

BACKDOOR SERVICE:

Customers receiving backdoor service must ensure their PWS container is visible and safely accessible from the street, either from the front or side of the home.

If our team cannot safely locate or access the container, service may not be completed.

CURBSIDE SERVICE:

Curbside customers must place their PWS container at the curb the night before their scheduled service day and no later than 4AM on the day of service.

Because PWS is a growing company and routes may change, specific pickup times cannot be guaranteed. Placing your container out the night before helps ensure it is available when our driver reaches your area.
