How to Pay Your Bill Online

Account Activation Required for Online Payments

Before you’re able to make online payments, your account must be activated. To activate your account, a private link is sent to your email. This link was initially sent when you first established service.

If you’re unable to locate the private link, please don’t hesitate to contact our office at 678-404-7124. We’ll be happy to resend it to you.

🛠️ Steps to Setting Up Your Account

Step 1:
Open the email titled “Your Preferred Waste Solution Invitation for Portal Access”
(Note: It may also appear as “Preferred Waste Solution Notification” in your inbox.)

Step 2:
Click the blue “Activate Account” button located within the email.

Step 3:
After clicking “Activate Account,” you’ll be directed to the account setup page (pictured below).
You’ll see four sign-in options. If you choose to sign in using Microsoft Office, Google, or Facebook, make sure you’re already logged into the corresponding account on your device-these options will log you in automatically.

Step 4:
Click “Sign in with email” if you prefer to use your email address and password instead of a connected account.

Step 5:
Enter the email address you’d like to use for your online account, then click “Next.”  

Step 6:

Create and enter a new password for your account.

If needed, office personnel can send you a password reset link to help you regain access.

 

Step 7:
🎉 You’ve officially created and signed into your account!

 

     Additional Information

  • Account Number:
    Located in the top right corner of your portal dashboard.
  • To Make a Payment:
    You must add a payment method before you can process your payment.
  • Autopay Option:
    The Autopay toggle can be found under the Payment tab, just below your current balance, on the left side of the screen.
