Empowering Nonprofits for a Greater Impact in Metro Atlanta

At Preferred Waste Solution, we are committed to supporting nonprofit organizations that strive to make a meaningful difference in the Metro Atlanta area. Through our grant program, we will partner with nonprofits dedicated to benefiting the local community, especially those working to provide relief to underserved populations, advance educational initiatives, improve social welfare, preserve cultural heritage, restore and protect the environment, and promote human rights and civil society.

Our support is exclusively available to eligible and legal nonprofit organizations that operate on a not-for-profit basis and fulfill our criteria. Preferred Waste Solution retains sole discretion in determining eligibility, selecting grant recipients, and establishing eligibility guidelines. We reserve the right to adjust our eligibility criteria, grant offerings, and program structure as needed to align with our mission.

To maintain grant eligibility, nonprofit partners must comply with our donor guidelines and provide regular attestations. Grants are strictly intended for the benefit of the organization and cannot be redirected for individual purposes. Only one grant per organization is available, and this opportunity cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash.

Grant Program Details and Requirements

Preferred Waste Solution’s grants for eligible nonprofits range from $500 to $5,000. Funding is available to organizations that demonstrate 501(c)(3) status and are committed to making a positive impact in the Metro Atlanta area. Grant applicants are required to participate in three interviews or sessions during the application process and submit a detailed presentation showcasing how their initiatives improve the quality of life in these communities.

The grant application process will open from January to September of each year. Every year after, the grant application process will open in January and close in September. Our funding will continue each year until the grant pool is fully distributed, allowing us to empower nonprofits to further their missions effectively and sustainably.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applicants must fully complete the application and upload all required materials, including a portfolio or presentation, for their submission to be reviewed.

Turkey & Togetherness Initiative At Preferred Waste Solutions, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve.
