Preferred Waste Solution (PWS) proudly offers our Backdoor Service—a premium waste collection option designed with convenience in mind. While it was originally created to assist elderly and disabled customers, this service is available to all customers who would prefer a more hands-off approach to trash removal.
How It Works
With Backdoor Service, you’ll receive a 95-gallon trash container provided by PWS. On your scheduled service day, one of our team members will come directly to your driveway to collect and empty your trash container—no need to haul it to the curb. We do the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to.

Service Details
- Trash is collected once per week
- A 95-gallon container is included with the service
- Please ensure your container is accessible (no locked gates or obstructions) on your service day
- Backdoor Service is available for an additional monthly fee—please contact us for pricing
This service is to cater to the elderly and disabled customers, but all customers are more than welcome to purchase this service.
Preferred Waste Solution (PWS) will provide each customer with a 95-gallon trash container for service. On service day, a Preferred Waste Solution employee will come to your home and service your sanitation container for you. No more tugging and pulling a heavy trash can to the curb. Let us do that for you.
All customer sanitation containers will be serviced once (1) per week.
